The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Missouri, located in Springfield, is one of two Make-A-Wish chapters in the state. The Missouri chapter covers 99 of 115 counties. If you are a parent or medical professional wanting to make a referral and your county is not listed below, please contact the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro St. Louis.
For office purposes, our 99 counties are divided into 7 zones. If you are interested in volunteering, and we have indicated that your zone is in need of volunteers, please contact the office at info@missouri.wish.org or 800-937-9474 for more information, or download and mail our volunteer application.
